You wonder why I hate you
You wonder why I don’t believe
This is my explanation
To tell you, its you I don’t need

All you do is take
You never want to give
You make life one big lie
That I don’t want to live

You take people
Who don’t deserve to go
You leave behind people
That no one wants to know

You’ve taken so much from me
And expect what in return?
My faith that you’ll make it right
My trust that from you I’ll learn?

You’ve finally done it this time
You’ve taken someone I hold dear
You’ve really pushed me over the edge
I really needed her here

She was my best friend
The only one I could trust
You just sat up there and watched her
As she killed herself for lust

If you’re so mighty and powerful
Why didn’t you try to help
Wasn’t that your job
To save her from herself?

After all the trust she put into you
And all the faith never lost
You were behind on your job
And its her life that was the cost

You don’t exist to me
After all you’ve put me through
You’re nothing but a myth
And I fucking hate you
