Here we are
In the streets of Allentown
Let's walk down to Liberty
To a home where
A disturbed boy lives
Sitting alone on the couch
No ones home again
As we watch him take his opportunity
To get out his rope
And make that noose
As he makes it
We watch, hoping he wont do it
But as we watch him
As he ties it to the top
Of the stairs
Crying, because he knows
That today will be his last
And as he puts it around his neck
We watch biting our lips
And praying he won't do it
And as he decides to die
And walk to be choked
He hangs there by his neck
Then as if a prayer has been answered
The rope snaps, and he falls
Chokeful of breaths
As he tumbles down these steps
Ending in a burst of pain
As he landed
And his head pounding
With his headache
And we watch
Glad he's not dead
Well, our work is done
Let's get out of this disturbed boys house
Walk away from Liberty
In the streets of Allentown

Author's Note: yeah i know its a bit cliche (sp?) but it happened to a
friend of mine like four nights ago -_-
