As the weary sun breathes its last breath of fight
And the moon basks in glorious victory

As the sky is flushed with lavender and cerrulean light
It is you my thoughts rest upon
It is for you whom I write

Thoughts meander as night’s breeze beccons across my sun drenched cheeks
Come, oh come
Dark lover night
Evelope my flesh
As my soul takes flight

Lost in the candor of rapture so sweet
With silken dark invading my senses

Lost in your barrage of a thousand kisses
Strewn across your obscure sky
Only to be fixed within the fire deep within your eyes

Come, oh come
Dark lover night
Lay claim unto my being
As only you can do right

Entranced in your hushed mystery
Awash in silence, your poignant parfume
Wrapped within silken ebony
Lulling me into your form

Come, oh come, a gentle breeze whispers,
Come into the shadows, to be mine forever

Come, oh come
Let your spirit take flight
And we shall be one under the spell
Of night.
