Emotions spilling every where
Searching for the words of put on this blank sheet of paper
As my heart races
I feel my hand gliding, writing
The words appear out of no where
As they disappear from my mind
Seeing the words that my emotions are bottled in
There they are on this sheet of paper
My mind is blank, no thoughts
Just the feeling of relief to have the emotions off of my shoulders
The weight is gone
Lifted away
The sheet of paper that holds my burdens
As I close the book and start a new day
