High, written in stars are words I should've spoken
If you would tell me now how often does this happen
Stutter my words to you
I'm thinking of telling the truth
But I know, you won't listen

Choke on your words, take them back the next day
So you can throw them at me
But I still hope that someday
Somehow you'll know that night can't be erased
You know what I wanted to say
You know what you wanted to say

Above all, the light on your face is the best I've seen so far
Difficult as it is I have to heal the scars
But would you take the hand, you repeatedly turn down
Run away,at the beat of the sound
Of my heart breaking, when you turned away
Always and forever, lasting until this day
