I think there is something you don’t understand about me

You tell me you notice that we are drifting
And I agree with my heart yearning to deny it

But it is something that we need to face
Because I have a feeling this will be the biggest problem we ever come
across
Our friendship is one to be envied but it is challenging to carry on that
way

But drifting for a moment somehow doesn’t worry me at all
See, I need you more than anything in the world
I will never ever let myself drift far enough from you that I cant get back
Because if I cant get back then I have lost my happiness

I want to comfort you when you are sad
And laugh with you when you are happy
I want this knowing that it is going to be this way forever
And yes we will have hard times, but you know what I say…
Bring it on because there is nothing we cant handle
