Goodbye To You

Don't you remember those breath-taking nights,in the cold dark with the
bright starlight?

I tried to make you stay, you only turned around and walked away.

All you said was goodbye, you turned around and I began to cry.

My now, lost and lonely heart, has just been ripped out and torn apart.

I only wanted a life with you and me,but I know now that my dream will never
be.

You're so happy and you feel so free, and I'm choking on my
misery.

Don't you remember the love we share,or is it that you just don't
care?

It's like you don't even try, everything you said was a lie.

Your rapture was so divine and sweet, when we kissed my heart skipped a
beat.

Like a sinking ship in the ocean, like a misguided love potion.

In my head I know that you're gone, but here in my heart my love for you
will forever stay strong.
