Beautiful

They perch in their windows
So obvious to anyone as unoblivious
But they feel themselves unknown
You travel to a place so beautifully forgotten
But in shame
Jump at the sign of life
And is it but he
Who you fear, who appears
With impeccable timing?
Close your eyes and move on,
Only the wise and daring will lead a straight path
And fall only in shadow
O beautiful night
O treacherous skies behold you
The stalking knowledge that the night is young
The night is too young
Beautiful.
O Beautiful.
