running so fast
running so far away
just so i can cast
a tear from a blue jay
i'll be gone
as the sky turns gray

till my last days

so you can't scream
i'll be flying
away to free me
i'll be swimming
to midnight waters
where you can't see me
just like my father

from this ugly house
with ugly people
and ugly me

just so you can see
how you can be
just like me
cold and alone
full of solitude
cold as a moonstone
and a grudge with a fude
