You said you did not know what makes me mad,
I looked at you blankly,
For you to understand.

(chorus)
I’m not gonna tell you,
You got to find out for yourself.
If I told you then I wouldn’t know how you truly felt.
If your reluctant to let it out-
Because it makes me mad,
I mind as well as take your heart,
And lock your feelings in a can.

I won’t scold you for being truthful,
I won’t turn away when your wrong,
I will not find a malice reply-
To reprimand you like a son.
You are my complete,
The piece that makes me whole,
The omniety of what there is to know.

If we did not ever disagree,
If we always seen all things equally,
Our words would surly fall into blasphemy,
For as we are as one,
We both are our own individuality.

I’m not gonna tell you,
You got to find out for yourself.
If I told you then I wouldn’t know how you truly felt.
If your reluctant to let it out-
Because it makes me mad,
I mind as well as take your heart,
And lock your feelings in a can.

I love you for what it is you are,
Your differences are what makes us what we are.
We form the whole of the star in the sky,
We make it gold,
You make it shine.

I’m not gonna tell you,
You got to find out for yourself,
Don’t worry about what you say,
Say what it is you feel.
You will find out in time the list that’s on a reel,
It doesn’t mean I’ll turn away,
Because you made a mistake,
You won’t loose me in anyway,
No anger can make me that insane.
