everyday
i lie to you
saying im fine
therapy helps
but i know
inside
im not ok
i dont think
i will ever be better
i have tried
and tried
but got nowhere
so im giving up
on everything
throwing it out
and never trying again
it all just makes it worse
and you will never understand
why
