I'm screaming at the top of my lungs
do you even hear a sound
my heart is beating out of my chest
and I'm falling to the ground

I've been asking for help for so long
I'm starting to lose hope
I wish you'd hear my longing cries
and help keep me afloat

can you hear me yet
or do I need to get more drastic
what do I need to get your attention
can't you tell that I am spastic

what will it take to put me over the edge
I hope I find out soon
I'll try to stop it before it happens
but I dont know how I'll do

I dont know how long I can take this
the minutes are getting longer
the hours are creeping by
and I'm not getting any stronger
