The walk Home

The last bell rings.
It's time to leave.
Pack your bag
Head to your locker
And out the door.
Stop and say bye to your friends standing on the side of the school waiting
for their buses.
The streets are packed with students from all around.
Buses passing me down the street
Voices of chitter chatter of what happened at school today
No one with a care
But getting home
As fast as possible
The sun beating down on me.
Making it hotter then what it really is.
Making my book bag twive as heavy.
Make a stop at the WaWa for a drink.
And then off hom
To start on my homework.
