That (Un)Familiar Word

Love, that strange, familiar word,

Yet so unfamiliar at the same time,

I've never heard such a word to make my heart feel so sublime,

Sure, its been used by my family alot,

But no one that special has met my heart in that spot,

I'll wait as long as I have to,

As long as it takes to find that special feeling,

But I'm very sensitive to things like this,

So give me the time I need for healing,

But this is the thing that scares me,

It make me grim,

What if he's meant for me,

But I, not for him,

I shouldn't worry myself about these things now,

But I know I'll find this love,

Somewhere,

Somehow
