It may seem that the world is passing you by.
And every tear drop that you cry never seems to dry.
But hold on,
Because there is so much more.

I might have hurt you in more ways then one.
I might have pretended that my love for you is like a hunt.
But it wasn't.
You meant the world to me I loved you but I just couldn't say it.
If I had the chance to tell you how I feel I would.
I would trade in my love just to be your's again.
You put a smile on my face everyday that I saw you.
You made my life worth living.

I gave you up.
That was the hardest thing for me.
As the summer past by it felt liked you had left me, but you didn't.
You were always there but I was just to blind to see the real truth.

People tell me how I hurt you so much.
And when I hear that I can't help but cry.
I made a promise to myesf that I would never hurt you.
But I broke that promise in a second or two.

As we walk past each other day after day.
I still wish and pray that you would look my way.
