intricate intent

your intent
is more or less
perfect.

your desire
is
to fix me.

but
you're
scaring me.
saying some things
sort of
challenging me.
not quite
leading
to
your aim.

you're
getting
out of line.
thoughtlessly
running me away.

you're engrossed
in your hope.
and you're
causing me
to drift away.

you're
captivated
by your intent.
preoccupied
by your objective.
visionless
to what
you've brought about.

desire
has
interfered.

your intent
has disappeared.

and now
your
less perfect
purpose
has

obliged
my
requirement
to run

from your
abusive
harmless
intent.
