He loves her well
Not that she can tell
Everyday a new distraction
Trying hard to get a reaction
Admired like an angel above
This girl, she is well loved

He walks around like nothing's wrong
Different day, same old song
Making sure his friends are content
His good intentions mostly well spent
High on a pedastool above
This girl, she is well loved

She isn't mean, or full of spite
Kindness fits her just right
Oblivious to things that matter the most
She could drive all over the coast
And never find someone who'd love her more
This boy, pushed aside as before

Even though she couldn't care less
Making his mind a total mess
She tries so hard to fix his heart
The one she unconciously pulled apart
There is nothing more he thinks of
This boy, wishes he were loved

I watch it happen, everyday
Pains in my heart, while this scene plays
I wish I could tell him, the things he wants to here
Breaking his heart, is the one thing I fear
This boy, pushed aside as before
This girl, how I wish I could do more.

He walks around like nothing's wrong
Different day, same old song
Souls roam the hall, lost and confused
Saddened faces, so many hearts bruised
It's always the good things, we let pass us by
This girl/boy story, makes me want to cry
