density
a crowded room
monsters closing in on every side
yet, i am not afraid
their very presence denies this
what scares me is when they, and everyone else, leave
loneliness is the beast i fear
the most vile of creatures, and yet, the strangest
one on one it devours the very soul of a human
but where two stand united, it is easily vanquished
alas, i have no one
even now the beast gnaws at my gaping wounds
i am dying alone
oh, how i long to slay it with the sword of companionship
to run it through with the sword of a friend
who will save me from this creature?
