Green-eyed innocence,
Not a care in the world
The only one I can trust in
Who will never say a word

He sits there so clueless
Yet I talk like he understands
Sometimes I even almost talk out my glands
Sitting on my bed
I know that he cares
I love everything about him
Down to his multicolored hairs
I know that he’ll never be able to speak
But he’s there for me every day of the week
He’s acted on my account countless times before
But for him, I only wish I could do more

As I rub his small soft head
Looking up at me he lays on my bed
Clueless of what I've said and all that he has done
He’s helped me remember a place in this world where I once had fun
He’s helped me make it through another day
So they’re on the bed, before him I lay
Wondering how someone who cant understand my tears
Can bring my through my greatest fears

^this is deticated to the greatest cat in the world... dewey
