I think the time
Is getting near
For I am tired
Of living in fear
Lets face reality
And get on with life
Your time is limited
Not quite enough
I’ve tried to hide it
And hope that you see
That didn’t work
Only frustrated me
I tried to tell you
And be very blunt
You looked at me
Like it wasn’t *cogent.
I tried to be patient
Didn’t change a thing.
No more words
They don’t mean anything.
No more choices
Or compromises
I gave you life’s
Most precious gift.
I wasn’t to swift
Now its shattered.
Not worth a dime
And all it needed
Was your precious time.
