Strange days.

The ever changing world around
us-and to try and figure out what
is going on-I believe, we are;
We are what is going on-not some
immeasurable force of nature that
prevents us from going forward;
We stop ourselves to look, listen
but rarely mention out loud what
we think as an individual-there
are many answers out there, and
not just one entity or person can
possibly harbor so much know-
ledge;
What would be the point of going
on to college, or extenuate your
degree into becoming a doctor
of medicine or computer science?
You still stand there, dazed and
confused-but you speak more
appropriately among yourselves
and the listening becomes faint;
That is what strange feels like,
having the answer to something
but no one will listen-or worse
yet, no one is there but you:

"If I could lay down my weapon of
mass destruction, will you pick
it up and slay me, or take it as
your own-to someday return me
the favor and do the same as
I did."
