What they've done

These tears burn like acid rain
Their driving me insane
If only you knew
What I’m planning to do
Pictures of my blood flowing from my veins
This pain is just to much to bare
As if you’d even care
I’ve given you hints
Signs of my distress
But you pushed them to the side
Without a second glance
Well now they’ll all make sense
This lovely dagger
Oh the wonders it could do
If only you knew
The pain I’m going through
If you’d just tried to help
Just showed that you cared
I wouldn’t have done this
My floor wouldn’t be covered in my blood
I’m getting kinda cold now
I can feel the life slipping out of me
This is what has come to be
Of all the things they’ve done to me
Eternal damnation I’ve brought upon myself
I never knew what a man named Jesus could do
To take the pain away
But there’s nothing left to do
I gave it all away to the devil
In the shape of the knife that cut my vein
