Tears flow from my eyes all night long.
Even while I sleep,
I can feel the sting of tear drops.
It hurts me more than you think.
To my sanity,
You’re the only link.
I must have you in my life.
You mean more than you know.
More than any hug or kiss or piece of jewelry could ever show.
You don’t know what these tears feel like.
You see, tear drops sting;
More than the feeling of a knife,
Tears hurt you mentally.
I don’t understand,
Why you had to leave me.
A song of depression in my heart I sing.
Because you see,
Tears drops sting.
