Nothing but a Graveyard Left

Just a little girl of unspeakable age,
Fifteen it may seem, but just look at her face,
Years upon years do show in only her eyes,
Graves layer upon layer deep inside her heart’s case,
Deaths she so longs to erase.

Just a little girl,
Oh she’s just a little girl,
And no-one sees past the outside,
No-one dares to look beyond her ever dieing soul,
To the woman who she really is inside.

But matter this does not anymore,
For she left us and slammed shut the door,
Wasn’t about to let her heart at its best,
Be shot with that single red tear,
Right through the core of that grave in her chest.
