In Your Honor

so sad an lonely now,
you left me all alone
all my hopes and dreams
have turned to dust now
as another day without you
slowly passes by.
all that i can wonder now
is "was it all a lie?"
was it all in my head?
those soft kisses
and stormy ngihts,
did they all mean nothing to you?
was it just me who felt it?
my head throbs
as my heart screams out
"Why Did You Do This?
did I not mean as much?"
i thought you really loved me
never would you leave me,
or so you said.
why did you let my world fall apart?
you call this helping me
I call this hell.
my heart was never open to someone
as it was to you
but you took advantage of that
and you loved every minute
and every tear shed in your honor.
