Come away with me
Let me love you...for a little while
You can act as if it never happened
Just...close your eyes
So you can press your lips upon mine
And maybe when we're done
You'll feel the mistake
Of me giving you my love so softly
Because I filled up your empty soul
With these stinging tears
So can we leave...
Away from here
We'll run until our lungs burst
Then sink into the flawless sand
Letting the moon dance
Across our timeless skin
As you peel off each covering
I've built up over these years
Spilling out the hate
And the fears
Hiding is no more
We've been exposed
If only they knew
Time's color blind
