Silent Melody

Lone breeze encircled all embraced,
Prevailing whirlwind kills heart’s face,
Detached through mist’s persuasion none,
Dieing immersion of love’s silent song.

Malicious tornado casts that shimmering line,
Far into the haze as hushed voices do chime,
Hidden words a singing that speechless melody,
Within forlorn zephyrs no annulled soul can see.

Incessant graveyards stretch afar,
Yet Heaven embraces a spellbinding star,
A glimmer of hope for each tear they cry,
And all they need do is gaze up to the sky.

But eyes cast down to wishes of dust,
As winds awhirl throughout the dusk,
Merging to shadows alas, too late,
Once slowing hearts now enthralled in their fate.

Hope’s silent song encompassing,
Yet all perceived so threatening,
Futile hurricane of hazy melody,
Never to heed their sweet remedy.

Colour declining leaving eyes shaded grey,
Upon a colourless world, forever they’ll lay,
Eyes never to close for though it may seem,
Sleep is no more and now what is a dream?

Yet dream’s silent song sings sleeplessly,
In empty vacuums tunelessly,
And the silent song of these smiles three,
Shall live as the soul that we never could see,
Their ever silent melody.
