Not Just Another Day

Sometimes I just stand still
watching everyone pass me by
wondering where their going
and why they have to speed.

I stand in awe at the picture
trees swaying, leaves falling;
my hair blowing in the breeze
while people staring, trying to figure out me.

I throw my hands into the air
closed eyes, open ears and mind.
The music it plays in the background;
slowlying down to this moment in my life,
making me believe, life only happens once...
so make it worth more than just another day in time.
