Denied by simple reason
Meeting walls with each advance
The loveless thoughts
Beneath timeless chances
Breathe the fire of passions glance

To be defeated by an equal
Yet humbled for a man
Whose claim, I thought
Was fleeting...
Hindered truths bring the echo
Of his Demand

No Choice devoid of concequence
Define my will to divine me
-The good
-The Bad
None mistaken....
Where moments are passing
When feelings remain

Nothing sought is worth fighting for
Those we bought stay no claim
-A pleasent distraction
-in a means of disquise
This premature closure
Forced in my eyes

Found words soon etch the paper
Bringing gravity to weightless speech
Grant me silent audience
Permit these words to be

Just look into the mirror
Past that shell all have seen
Find that center
-that power
-your struggle
And you'll be meeting that woman
Who these eyes long to free

No carefully spoken persuation
No gentle attempt for regard
Patience, in its virtue
Is that blunted weapon
Of Offense...

A promise of passion
Of love's sure defense
I'll fight this uphill battle
Proclaiming my hearts intent.
