Pray for me now as tear drops fall
for soon I might not be able to cry at all
Where is the love, the warm embrace
what happened to all our faith
Shouting and screaming this is no family
tears still warm hit my leg
my nose runs until it's dry
I've cried so long that the white isn't white of my eye
I don't want to see us all torn apart
but it will happen one day and break my heart
many things happen both big and small
but this one I'll remeber most of all
It's come to this moment long since past
But God is helping us like I asked
Things are quiet now, maybe it's safe
for I hope in love that it's not too late
