I walked alone in the park one night.
Saw a lost dog, looked like it had been in a fight.
It looked like my friends dog, so i called it's name.
It wasn't my friends dog, which was really lame.
I walked over to the dog,
It had been sitting on an old rusty log.
I didn't have a collar,
So I took it home,
And gave it some food and water.
I kept it for five more years,
And then it passed away.
Now every time I think of him,
All I get are tears.
