Watching as I plunge

Why is it that I am no more allowed to cry, and let these heavy teardrops
fall from my eye?
Why must I lie about these feelings inside? Is it because of the promise I
wish I'd abide? May you not see the my sick and swollen heart. May you not
fear my desire to depart. Can you not be the friend I am to you- the once in
a life time friend thats true? Thats all it is...once in a lifetime. I guess
you shall not be the one to put me at ease. But to watch as I fall from the
bridge to the seas.
