Crimson Tears

She sits in silence,
Wondering where it was,
That she went so terribly
wrong,
And lost her way again.

The pain is tearing her
apart,
And all she wants is a
friend,
To fill that space within
her heart,
When there seams to be no
end.

She dreams away her troubles,
And wishes away her fears,
But there seams to be
no escape,
Besides through these
crimson tears.

She works with nimble
fingers,
Planning her own death,
Her life's an endless
winter,
Now she holds her breath.

She's desperate for some
freedom,
She's starving for a
change.
She whispers softly of her
misery,
And screams about her
pain.

Her crimson tears fall
to the ground,
And saturate the earth,
Her whole world comes
tumbling down,
As she waits for her
rebirth.
