You are what you write
No one ever came up to you
Handing you a pen and paper
Forcing you to write
It’s all about the thoughts and feelings
You have floating in your mind
Many ways to go on about letting it all out
There will be a long hardship battle along the way
Other people not understanding what you write
Or what you're trying to express or say
So what their imperfect vision
Doesn’t innovate with the way your thoughts collide
In its particular way, they don't understand
The thought behind the piece laid out on display
Some things may sound familiar and plain
Least you know you've given half of the effort
Worth pertaining to those critics
Waiting to rip you apart once their eyes
Start glancing at each line you've jotted down
Take whatever is said as an art form
Help is always there if they know how to use their minds
Some rather bash then give some good advice
Because they're too involved in their own world
Thinking that they're the best with their sappy art
So don't down yourself because some one else
Knows how to express their thoughts right
Allowing more attention to come their way
If you put 100 times the effort then ever before
Then you'll become one of those people
Look to, when there’s a need of positive opinion
Before encountering another critic’s fiend.
