Can't say I didn't warn you,
can't say I didn't try.
To tell you just the way I feel,
every minute that went by.
I tried so hard to tell you,
but I couldn't get it out.
with everything I felt inside me,
it should of came without a doubt.
I don't know why I act the way I do,
some times I don't even try.
I act all tough inside,
when I really want to cry.
These little things they hurt me,
even though they seem so small.
I like to fit in with everyone else,
when that's not really me at all.
But when I'm with you,
you lift me up inside.
And although my self esteem is low,
you make me not want to hide.
I know i'll find you someday,
and I hope someday is soon.
There's an empty space inside my heart,
it's waiting there for you.
