The closest of friends is what we've become
We simply understand where the other is coming from
Instead of complaining like all of our friends do
You listen to me and I listen to you
Judgemental is one thing we are not,
because respect is another thing we've got
We say we are two people with one brain,
for this, most people would think we're insane
That's okay, we know it is true
and together, we enjoy what we say and do
We won't change for any one
We'll just stay young and have fun
The reason we get along great
is that in many ways we relate
We are so close and yet so far away,
even so, friends we will always stay
