We live in a world of darkness
We live in a world of hate
Why is it that we live
In such a sad, sorry state

Each morning we rise
To the death and the noise
While all the time
Trying to keep our delicate poise

We try to hide the way we feel
Never letting others see
What really goes on
How awful people really can be

We fight and kill
And think nothing of it
We rape and steal
Who would worry of it

They do what they want
As long as they’re fine
It’s okay, they fight
Fro the right to step on the line

They cross what they shouldn’t
And live how they will
Do whatever it takes
But INNOCENCE, they kill
