She doesnt know what she has,
and its right in front of her eyes,
but she covers up that fact in lies.

She wants something better,
but already has the best,
to see his love for her is this some kind of test,
to see how far he will go,
is that what see need to know.

i listen to him talk,
to be happy all he needs is her,
shes his cure,
for his broken heart,
and he needs the antidote before he falls apart.

He tells me about the pain,
how its driving him insane,
and how much he needs her back,

He would give her the world so she would never be said,
because hes been had.
she is to blind to see it,
her eyes arent looking his way.

All he wants to do is re-open the closed door,
to make her his once more,
because she is his world.

He looks for the words to make her understand,
that none of this was planned,
but she someone how she took over his heart.

He didnt expect to fall so hard,
but he was knocked right off his feet,
and shes all he thinks about with each and every heart beat.

Still she doesnt know what she is missing out on,
or what she let go,
and he sits there wondering if she ever will know.
