What happened to the laughs, the jokes and the fun?
Have you moved on, left me here in the heat of the sun?
Have we really changed that much? Do you really want me to leave?
I will if you want, just say the word I'll be gone, leave you be.

I just don't know how you've gone away from me
I try so hard to understand, but I guess I can't see
What has made us so different, from times of old?
Are you just going to leave me, here out in the cold?

Why don't you talk to me anymore? Do you not trust me?
I miss the way it once was, how things were, the way it used to be
Tell me, what changed everything? Where did things go so wrong?
What happened to our life-long friendship bond?

I guess I'm just losing touch, losing my grip, you're falling away.
You're falling fast, I can't seem to grasp, that you don't want me to stay.
It's a complicated situation, an int'resting relation,
you're slipping from my hands
I can't seem to find the old you, the one I once knew
I just don't understand
I'm guess I'm just out of touch,
