Finally Somewhere Even She Belongs

Glass is shattered on the floor
She soon realizes life
Isn’t worth living anymore

Her skin as her canvas
Her pallet of crimson red
She won’t stop painting until
She is dead

Her cuts,
So deep
Her hopes and dreams
Began to weep

She slowly drifts away
Into this land unknown
Her blood streaming down her wrist
Is her final vision before she goes

Where does she go
After she dies
What is this place called
Why can she fly

Why is she so happy
And so care free
What has there
Become of she

Why is this the first time
That she is not such a freak
I honestly know
Why she is so happy

She wonders what they think
As she looks down at them from wherever she is
She sees them crying
Blaming themselves for what happened

She slowly floats down and taps one on
The shoulder
She asks her why she’s crying and she says
“Look what happened to her”

She whispers in her ear
That she is finally out of misery
She tells her how Happy
That she finally can be

She tells them not to cry
But to celebrate
What she has become
That it’s not too late

She’s finally happy
And ready, no doubt
That dieing was the only way
That she could get out
