We Are All Strange...Even You

I never knew how strange you were,
Until the day you said that no one cared.
I tried to comfort you, but to no avail.
You were too lost from what was real.
i wish for your safety from yourself.
I know how you feel, I've felt that way too.
If I could only let you know,
What I, like so few, truly feel about you.
You are so beautiful to me for more than on reason.
I'm not that shallow, I see the real you.
Not the mask you war or the games you play.
Underneath it all you are so strange,
Unique like no other, just stuck in the loop.
Conformity being your biggest fear.
Then why use it for you crutch for so long?
So maybe one day those thoughts in your mind,
Will come out into the open for me to see.
And I could help you be happy with someone.
Even if it is not with me at least I can die at Peace,
Knowing I have truley helped the one I love.
