*This is the story i write most of my poems about. It's true and its
about my dad losing it and killin my cuz*

It was an average Saturday night
We were all having fun
We had no clue that night
That it would be the worst one
At the creek
Was Belinda, Naomi, Phil, and John
They did not suspect when Roger came
That he’d have a gun
He asked for Mollie
And held a gun to their head
Then he took their cell phones
And jumped in his car and fled
They all got in their cars and left
John went were he was goin’
The others went to call the cops
To try and stop him
Meanwhile Mollie dropped Angie off from work
And left her kids there
She didn’t know Roger would come
With a gun and no care
Roger came in
He acted kinda funny
Then John came over
And things got ugly
Roger got in his car and left
And then John locked the doors
He said Roger had a gun
And he didn’t care anymore
Roger came back
Beating at the door
Donny ran outside
Kandi hit the floor
Angie got scared
Cause Donny was outside with him
So John and Angie went out the back door
And Kandi followed them
Donny was struggling for the gun
And someone stopped them
They all ran to the back
And the unthinkable happened
John and Roger were arguing
Over Mollie and the gun
Then Roger pulled the trigger
And the bullet hit John
John ran inside and fell to the floor
And Roger and Kandi followed
Roger went after Angie
Kandi screamed in fear and sorrow
Kandi went after her dad
She was trying to stop it
He would not listen
In Angie’s door, went the bullet
The bedroom door flew open
Roger went inside
The gun shot three times
And there was no where to hide
Angie got hit
In the shoulder area
The kids went crazy
It was pure hysteria
Roger went to the back
Kandi was stunned
Phil jumped out the window
John’s last words were run
He said that to Josh
And that’s what Josh did
He ran next door
To call the cops at his friends
Mrs. Mary Beth came
To get the kids out
She got to Logan
But fell and busted her mouth
Little Hannah was left
Then Teresa, Trent, and Mary got there
Kandi ran out to warn them
She was so frightened, so scared
They got Hannah out
And all they could do was wait
Until the cops got there
No one knew their fate
Roger went to finish off Angie
To shoot her in the head
Kandi jumped on top of her
And said kill me instead
After forty-five minutes
The copes finally got there
Roger ran outside
And ended the terror
And after an hour
Of him threatening suicide
They got the gun
With it going off one last time
Kandi and Angie were rushed to the hospital
Angie halfway gone
Kandi was so scared
She didn’t want to be alone
That’s the worst nightmare
Anyone could go through
Everyone lost a loved one
But Kandi and her brothers lost two
That was their dad
Who had gone insane
They know how everyone else feels
But they have double the pain
Now everyone lives with this memory
Of this horrible accident
Where John was the hero
After Roger lost it

donnie trent and teresa is my cuz's, mary is johns sister, josh is my
lil brother, logan and hannah are angies kids, phil naomi and belinda are
johns friends, and mrs mary beth is our neighbor.
