Silver rays alight
the gently falling snow.
The holly berries on wreathes
throughout the town
are shimmering silvery white.

The snow that falls
is the sky's homemade glitter.
It floats down gently
in the white winter wind
like it was blown by human's breath.

Silver rays alight
the snow covered rooftops of homes
near and far.
Hoof prints and lines from a sleigh
show bright.
The newly fallen snow
lays in yards and on homes
knowing the Santa's been and gone.
