I don't care, I still love you

Last night was wonderful,
We danced for hours,
You were so beautiful,
I wished to send you some flowers.

But the flowers wouldn’t compare to your beauty,
So I didn’t do a thing,
I failed at my duty,
Even though I know the load you are carrying.

I admire you for your honesty,
I just wish I could be more understanding,
I never have been approached with such integrity,
Yet I was still there standing.

Not approaching you,
I couldn’t move,
You shocked me through and through,
Now I have something to prove.

I realize how scared and lonely you are,
I want to be there for you,
But I don’t know how far,
I need to go for me to be true.

You stepped out on a limb for me,
And I let you fall to the ground,
From that tree,
But myself I have now found.

And I will not let you fall again,
You scared me,
You told me you were insane,
You told me too many things.

But I still think I love you,
I still want to try these things out,
Can’t you try them too?
Lets kiss each other on the mouth.

Then we might become stronger,
Inseparable,
Always together,
Never not understanding each other.
