Wandering Mind

They say to not let your mind wander.
Is it because they don't want us to get
Ourselves into things that we can't handle?
Or are they trying to hide something from us?
I guess I am the deviant type because my mind, as well as myself,
Is like an ocean that possess every little part of the world,
Trying to discover and learn of new things.
I find information valuable.
There is another reason why my mind wanders though.
It is because I have you.
Ever since I found you, my mind wanders onto you;
Wondering what you are doing,
Wondering when I will get to see you again.
As I said my mind is like the ocean, trying to see over the cliff called
Curiosity as it crashes against it.
Then it sees you over the cliff standing at the
Edge as you look upon me, and I look upon you
Displaying your beauty on my surface.
They say not let your mind wander, but I think
I found a good enough reason to let it wander onto you.
