Everything will be ok my dear now

Screaming and yelling night after night
The slamming of doors and the mourns of Just let me die
She threatens to hit her
I have to go to work so please just shut up!
Mother it was all getting better she cries
Just give me back my things I love...stop taking my stuff!
This can't go on any longer! I can't deal with it anymore!
Then kick me out mother!! I have no worth to you anymore.
She sits silently listening through the crack in the door
A cold tear runs down her tan, warm cheek
Her face is all streaked up, she's been crying for awhile now
She runs to the safety of her bed as her mother opens the door
The sheets pulled over her face to hide her watery eyes;
her mother walks in and sits on her bed besides her
As she wipes the tears from underneath her daughter's glassy-green
eyes, she whispers to her:
Everything will be ok now, my dear. You'll see

[Editors Note: I've been tryin to write some poems about whats been
happening around me, I'm not sure if it's good or not, but
