God's will and the path

She died in her childs arms.
Her warmth slipping away.
"It's God's will" they said
Gods will to kill the good.
And have have the evil roam.
God taking away her mother. Leaving her alone.
"Why" she asks a church goer.
"It's God's will" they said again.
Tears from deep within drip of her chin.
"Why did he take mommy away" she asked the priest.
"It was God's will"
She heard it over and over.
God's will, God's will
Riddles the church throws at her.
Tired of the same hypocritical words, passages, and teachings.
Away she turns. From the path of holy faith.
Walking the newly found path of darkness, truth, knowledge.
The truth is what she searches for...
The real truth...
