Those days I remember such a time,
This moment as I am now,
Desperate,
Falling hard,
I want to be forgotten,
Until it’s over,
Let me know when I can look,
When I no longer have to open my eyes,
And see a nighmare through a distance of lies.

Time will make it,
Away with it will go,
But a day can last forever,
And a year may never reach,
As far as I will go.

Those days,
Those days like this ,
The only ones that like to last,
I keep trying to hide,
To surpass ,
And reach the gate to where I never seem to stand.

Take my life,
And tell me when I can open my eyes,
Let me know how long I must be blind,
To keep my life alive,
Paint over these darkened skies.

Time will make it,

As far as I will go.
