Every path
that lies ahead
leads to dreams
seen and unseen

Some lead to tears
Some lead to smiles
Each one is different
Each one is unique

Paths that twist and turn
lead to unexpected surprises and joys
while others lead to
heartache and pain

Dreams that become reality
Goals those are ever-changing
Wishes are realized
Hopes that become secure

One by one each path ends
As they all approach the all-important finish line
And begin a new path
that is glorious and eternal
