I'm swimming in a sea of pain
Being swallowed by the swells of sorrow

Struck the the destructive waves
And thrown out into the gail

My lifejacket left back in the cabin
My lifeline severed

My SOS silenced by the howling wind
I struggle for freedom from the water's grip

I can no longer float
My last image of the towering boat

In a swirl of blues and greens
I say goodbye to the life of pain

The ocean floor approaching now
My end growing so near

Here I am in this lonely demise
Above the waves, a life of stormy oceans and gray skies
